Is there a shop and restaurant on site?
We have a small shop providing food and drink essentials in the Reception building – open from 9am to 6pm. We also have caterers with wood-fired pizzas and fish and chips visiting the park in the summer.

What facilities, amenities and communal areas does the park have?
At Back of Beyond, there are 30 unspoilt acres of for you to enjoy! We have 18 acres of woodland (ideal for dog walking), 2 wildlife lakes and the River Moors. Fishing is allowed with the right permits.
We also have a a 9-hole pitch and put and a boules pitch. During the summer months local wildlife specialists visit the park with large birds of prey.
In addition to the toilet and shower block, there is also a laundry room and a new area for washing dogs.
The small shop in our Reception sells basic essentials. There are large supermarkets in nearby Ringwood and Ferndown.

What time is the Back of Beyond Reception open?
It’s normally open between 9am and 6pm. If it’s closed and you need assistance, please call the mobile number on the reception sign.
What time is quiet time?
Because Back of Beyond is for over 18s, it is much quieter than most touring parks. We do ask for quiet between 10pm and 8am, but we make an exception for the birds, who are especially busy from April to June!
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Dogs love it here! We do ask that dogs be quiet and well behaved. They must be on the lead around the pitches. Dogs are not permitted in the lakes area because it is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and they cannot stay in the furnished glamping accommodation. More about dogs at Back of Beyond.
How do I make a booking?
What payments do you accept?
We accept debit card, credit card and BACS payment. We do not accept American Express or cheques. Please contact us if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
Can I make a reservation and pay later, or pay a deposit to make a booking?
We need to receive full payment in order to confirm your booking. Please see the Terms and Conditions.
