Amounts

• Our gift vouchers are available for the following amounts: £30, £50 or £100. You can purchase more than one voucher or a combination of vouchers at a time.

Gift voucher format

• The gift voucher is sent in email format.
• If you want a physical voucher to hand or post to someone, select ‘Yourself’ after clicking the Buy button. You can download your gift voucher order as a pdf and print off a hard copy.
• Alternatively you can download a pdf to email to someone as an attachment.

Choose where the gift voucher email is sent

• If you want the gift voucher emailed directly to someone else, click the ‘Someone else’ button and enter their email address.
• You can add a personalised message on the order form.

Multiple orders

• Whether you choose to have the gift voucher order sent to yourself or someone else, each order can only go to one email address.

Expiry

• Back of Beyond gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Redeeming vouchers

• To redeem a voucher, please call Back of Beyond on 01202 876968 as we cannot accept gift vouchers through the online booking system.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• Gift vouchers can be used for pitch fees and glamping accommodation. They cannot be used in the shop or bar.
• For purchasers, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• For recipients, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed in part with the balance redeemable at a later date before expiry.
